It has been over a year since I have purchased this product and it has lasted with no signs of damage. It is on par with the tendon hammers used on the wards and in OSCEs. It has been exceptionally handy in exam prep. It's build quality is such that it will last a long time and its design simplistic enough that it has very few failure points so is unlikely to break easily. My only gripe is I wish the rod material was slightly more flexible to provide more of a bend when striking a tendon, but other than that it has been fabulous. I would highly recommend this. And made as well as needed ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well *by A***5 on 16 June 2025* i got this to practice for my osce exams at home. It works really well and replicates what is used in practice most of the time. It is a bit tooo sharp on the end and feels dangerous at times.
