Review: Comfy Sleeping! - I'm a strange one. Because sleeping in a bed makes my lower back hurt when I first get up, I have slept in a recliner and/or hammock for several years. On the occasion that I had to sleep in a bed, I would prop myself up on many pillows, but by morning I'd slipped down to basically a lying flat position. A few nights of this, & I was in agony for a couple hours each morning. I bought this pillow in the hope that I could stay propped up throughout the night. I absolutely love it!. As you can see by the pictures, I have it propped up with other pillows behind it. The second picture shows a pillow I also lay across the pillow to help support my lower back . I'm only 5'2" so I am fairly small. I am able to curl up, flip from side to side, and even stretch my legs out fairly straight. As I said, I absolutely love this pillow. It is allowing me to sleep in a bed again!

A: Yes! I detached mine and only use the larger portion.  I didn't like it under my legs.

A: I use it the pillow for reading and the support is excellent. In my opinion it would be good for breast feeding.
