Way to go !With that said, I popped these into the fridge and over the next few days busted out some avocados, and taste tested them all. From here its a personal preference. Not everyone experiences "heat" the same, or indeed flavor. I for one found they stayed pretty true to the flavor I get from the same salsa in the Taco shops I frequent here in Southern California. They should, they are made in Mexico. So I would and will buy these again. Actually will purchase the Gallon size for the Salsa Verde!I find the flavor in each to be very tasty, yes hot, but well balanced. No off flavors, smells or textures. Just good ingredients, well rounded ready for what ever you put salsa on. Mind you, these different styles are made for different food applications not just chip dipping.
