The seal for the batteries comes off & doesn’t properly seal so the water gets inside & it makes it stand lopsided. Also, the lid leaks from where it is supposed to seal. Not worth the money. **Q: What are the instructions? I received one for my birthday but It doesn't seem to be working**
A: If you put the batteries in bottom of base and it still does not work it must be defective.

**Q: Can you buy replacement mixing magnets?**
A: No magnet replacement. I donot recommend this mug. It stop working after a few months. I bought 3 of them and they all break down just after a month or so...

A: Dear, both of the two mugs are self stirring mug, the difference is the stirrer, you can choose you like.

A: El termo no cuenta con rosca, asi que sería inútil una tapa con rosca

I used this for tea, works great, gets the entire volume of water spinning. Cleaning it is easy, the battery pack the powers the spinning action is sealed very well, the magnet bead in the bottom is a bit hard to get out to clean.
