Peter **Q: Is there plastic in the tea bags?** A: No plastic in the bags. **Q: What is the caffeine content of heather tea?** A: It's really hard to tell when they say: "delicate blend of fine teas from Africa and Assam compliments the added Heather blossoms" is all we know. The average amount of caffeine in black tea is 50-60mg. Assam definitely has caffeine, a quick internet search can tell you how much. Ultimately I'm guessing no more caffeine than the average black tea. I can't drink coffee past mid afternoon because it will keep me awake.
