Now 6/25/14 my nails are stronger than EVER before. They're even longer than most people's nails who wear acrylics. Meaning, strong enough to not break!! Even naked they're stronger than ever in my life! But I'm very religious about doing my nail routine every 7-10 days. Remove polish, file, buff, cuticle removal, oil, etc...then wash hands! This is critical. If you take off polish then apply rejuvacote without washing hands, it will sting, as reported by others. If you wash hands before application, it won't! Once dry I apply rejuvacote base x1-2 coats, color/nail art/etc, miracote fast dry if needed (same company, another awesome product I'll never be without again!!!), then rejuvacote top coat to finish it off.
