An easy way to produce a quick, light and soft brown bread. Just add egg, milk and oil. Ready to bake in 2 minutes. Ingredients Cornflour, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Flaxseed Flour, Raising Agents: (Sodium Bicarbonate, Disodium Diphosphate), Sea Salt, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum. Directions In a mixing bowl, place the buttermilk. Empty the packs of Helen’s Seeded Bread Mix and add the egg and oil/butter. Manually mix until thickened. Immediately pour the batter into the bread pan. Level. Using a knife, make a deep slit (approx. ¾ of the batter height) lengthwise. Start “Bake Only” program and bake for 1.5 hours. Remove from the bread pan. Cool on a wire rack.
