Help** A: I have some trouble too, what I have found works best is to have the area around the overflow completely dry. Then start the tub flow and just wet the suction cups, not the whole thing. Then I put it around and start sealing from the bottom to the top, working kind of from the very bottom and in both directions until I meet back up again at the top. Sometimes it takes a little to get, but I've found if the area I'm trying to stick to is wet, as well as the suction cups, it doesn't go. Hope that helps! It's not perfect, but I like it when I can get it to work. **Q: When the tub is filling, water pours through the hole on the top. What is the best way to prevent this? Or does it not matter?** A: It's okay if it does it won't take on much water. I freaked out when I used it the first time. You can also toss a wash cloth over the hole too. This does work. If you have any other questions, please contact me directly. **Q: Does it cover the type of drain that has a handle that turns right to left for opening and closing? My tub is form the 1940s** A: I have an old tub also (1949) with that type of drain with the handle over it and it works on mine. It just barely fits over the handle depth-wise, but it does work. The cover is 2 inches deep, so if you have a handle that doesn't stick out more than 2 inches from the tub surface you should be able to use it.
