Review: Excellent knife for the angler - I have owned many Victorinox Swiss Army Knives in my time and this Fisherman model was purchased for my uncle. As one would expect, the knife is a fine quality product. For the fisherman there is the hook disgorger tool and fish scraper and measuring rule, as well as useful scissors. The other features are as pictured. Note also that this knife has a tooth pick and a small pair of tweezers which slot into the red plastic bodywork near the keyring attachment point. The only thing that disappointed me about this product was the packaging. In the past, any Victorinox knives I've bought have come in a nice little card box with a plastic insert. However, perhaps in an effort to cut costs and be more eco-friendly, the box for this knife was very basic. Sure, it was Victorinox branded, but it was just a simple card box, one that afforded very little protection to the knife. Indeed, in transit, my box got slightly damaged due to desertcart's packaging, which was inadequate to protect the product and ensure the box arrived in perfect condition. On the whole, I am happy to recommend this knife as a gift for a fisherman or for your own angling use. I might buy one myself, but I notice that Wenger also has a fishing model, which has a more interesting modern design with a useful grip feature, which could be of benefit to wet hands. **Q: Can this go on a key ring**
A: The knife has a lanyard attachment ring but on a keyring it is going to be very heavy for a bunch of keys you will probably feel like a jailer ? I would personally recommend a  belt sheath if you wear a belt ? but it is up to you if you dont mind the bulk on your keys go for it !

I have owned many Victorinox Swiss Army Knives in my time and this Fisherman model was purchased for my uncle. As one would expect, the knife is a fine quality product. For the fisherman there is the hook disgorger tool and fish scraper and measuring rule, as well as useful scissors. The other features are as pictured. Note also that this knife has a tooth pick and a small pair of tweezers which slot into the red plastic bodywork near the keyring attachment point. The only thing that disappointed me about this product was the packaging. In the past, any Victorinox knives I've bought have come in a nice little card box with a plastic insert. However, perhaps in an effort to cut costs and be more eco-friendly, the box for this knife was very basic. Sure, it was Victorinox branded, but it was just a simple card box, one that afforded very little protection to the knife.
