Brickfix Helical Grout is a high-performance, non-shrink, non-gassing grout designed specifically for masonry crack stitching. Its thixotropic liquid-powder formula ensures complete void filling and rapid strength development, making it ideal for bonding metal helical bars into brickwork, stone, block-work, and concrete. Compatible with the Brickfix Applicator Gun, it delivers professional-grade, durable wall crack repairs that stand the test of time.

## Description

BrickFix CE1 Grout is a high performance, non-shrink grout formulated for fixing BrickFix helical crack stitching bars into walls for masonry crack repairs. Non-gassing and is suitable for application using a BrickFix Applicator Gun. Thixotropic formulation allows it to completely fill all voids into which it is injected. It develops compressive strength rapidly and is suitable for bonding metal components into most common masonry substrates such as brickwork, stonework, block-work, concrete. BrickFix CE1 Grout is supplied as a two-component formulation comprising of a liquid and a powder component. Before use the liquid and the powder should be thoroughly mixed according to the instructions on the pack. The grout should be applied using a BrickFix Applicator Gun, which is also available as part of a Brickfix wall crack stitching kit that contains 10 helical bars, grout, mixing paddle and pointing trowel.

Review: Seems pretty good - It seemed pretty good. I've used the Helibars cement and this seemed similar. How well it holds only time will tell but if I needed more I'd probably get the same again.

**Q: Can you add Plasticiser to this to stop it from drying out too quickly ?**
A: why would you want to do that, it's a chem-fix, to secure anchors to cracked subsided walls, and as its resin based you will bring the chemical balance out of proportion and wont dry or do something else strange... i would not add anything and make sure you stitch deep enough so it can be plastered over or pointed.

**Q: How come the mix was hard within minutes? I followed instructions to the letter.**
A: It does set quickly but its designed to do that because of the application for which it is formulated .e.g. fixing helical bars in mortar for crack repairs
