My former favorite, Mighty Leaf Tea, was getting harder and harder to find and more and more expensive. I decided to give Rishi Tea a try. It's reasonably priced but not cheap. The leaves are fresh and the flavor is bright and strong. You don't use as much to make your tea. It has bergamot peels mixed in and the mild orange flavor shines through. It's just what Bergamot should taste like. Oh, I get 2 pots of tea, 4 cups, from 2 tablespoons, then another pot but I let it steep longer and only use 3 cups of water.
