Using it on a dryer. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super simple way to add a regulator to a propane quick connect *by G***D on March 23, 2026* This was the send half of reusing the 100 lb propane cylinder that came with my home when I moved in. I have a trailer that I want to connect a gas stove and water heater in and this little gem is going to make that process a bit less expensive than it was going to end up being. That is because I have the fuel storage already. I just needed to connect it. First was the quick connect adapter. That was stop one. When you live at a higher elevation, you have to tweak the amount of propane that comes through otherwise pilots wont stay lit. This regulator screwed on so easily, there was really no effort in it. Adapting the 1/2 thread to a 3/4 black pipe is going to be the 2nd biggest challenge after testing out the pipe run. My handyman is going to take care of making sure my gas run is up to both snuff and code, I am fully confident in his skills. Well that, and I will be watching over his shoulder like the typical annoying customer, and asking all those stupid questions. As if I didn't already know the answers, but two sets of eyes are always better than just one. It is an explosive gas after all, so all for the sake of safety.
