No loss in power, lightweight and thus super portable when working. Also little known fact is the it can take full size blades - some Dewalt ones are listed as compatible and recommended in the manual. So if you want full kerf (at the compromise of run time and I assume some loss in power) then don't worry.Runtime will be a problem if you have less than one battery. You will need to cycle through a minimum of two to keep you going. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars another top tool from dewalt *by M***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 January 2019* flexvolt have sold me ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ trΓ¨s bien *by P***H on Reviewed in France on 6 February 2020* trΓ¨s bonne qualitΓ© --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/52421776-dewalt-dcs778n-xj-xr-flex-volt-cordless-brushless-mitre-saw](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/52421776-dewalt-dcs778n-xj-xr-flex-volt-cordless-brushless-mitre-saw) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
