Chetrans Soya Curd is a delicious vegan(plant based) alternative to Dairy Curd. Manufactured from Soya processed in a fully automated Japanese plant, the texture and mouthfeel is identical to dairy curd. The tastiest products are made by adding a little spice to Chetrans Soya Curd (eg: Zeera and salt in Raita; cut veggies in koshambir; bean and spice in kadhi, meethi chatni for dahi wads, etc

It's packed with protein and I use it to make dips, eat it with Aloo parantha and achaar, use as a besan batter for my fried items or make curd rice, raita and what not. The taste is exactly like any dairy curd.
Review: Tastes great but low shelf life - This a great alternative to dahi. It tastes almost the same as Dahi. The pricing is also very similar to Dahi. I wish I could buy a large pack but the only issue is that the product has very less shelf life hence once you open the pack, you should consume in 2 days max else it starts tasting sour.

To be honest, it's not tasty. I’m only eating this because it’s the only yogurt available that doesn’t use milk. I would like you to make more of an effort to make it taste even better.
