**Q: does it come with the sprayer, or is it just a refill bottle?**
A: SCIGRIP 16 is a tube of syrup like solvent cement. SCIGRIP 3 is a can of liquid solvent cement. Both are excellent for Plexiglas. I used an insulin syringe from the pharmacy to apply SCIGRIP 3 since it does not come with an applicator, but Amazon does have a nice applicator available. I then 'over-weld' the joint with SCIGRIP 16. After 3 days the strength is amazing.

**Q: matte medim**
A: When it dries it has matte finish.

**Q: How long does it take to dry (I'm adding grass particles to a diorama), and when should I put it on the grass again to seal it?**
A: It takes about an hour to fully dry.

**Q: Is it safe for walls?**

Pros:- Very good for ballasting on model railway- Dries clear- Good amount of Scenic Cement for moneyCons:- Can easily clog up sprayer so use syringe or pipet to apply instead. For big areas use a brush as stated.- Is not a glue for paper/card. It is water based and only secures scenic items.If you want to secure ballast down on a model railway - this is fine. However, it is a little misleading and some think it is meant for card glueing, etc. This is a water based glue and will not glue anything like card or paper. If you are using it for scenery or ballasing on a model railway it is a good product. However from past experience, DON'T spray it because the glue sometimes is dry at the bottom of the bottle and can easily clog up your sprayer. I use a pipet or syringe to apply it. However despite this, I have brought this product three times now because it is ideal for glueing scenery.
