**Q: Why does my silk bonnet have a faint sour smell? Is it safe?**
A: Yes, it's safe—and actually a sign of real, high-quality silk! During production, a mild, silk-safe acidic solution is used to protect the silk's natural proteins. A faint trace may remain but is non-toxic. You can use it with confidence.

**Q: How do I remove the smell?**
A: Mix 1 tbsp white vinegar with 4L cool water. Soak bonnet 2–5 min, then gently rinse under cool running water. Air dry flat in shade. This will removes odor & leaves silk softer & more lustrous.

**Q: Can I just throw it in the washer and dryer?**
A: We recommend gentle hand washing and hanging to dry in the shade. High spin cycles damage silk fibers. High heat and direct sunlight cause the silk to turn stiff and lose its luster. Proper care extends its service life.

I like this item for what it's done for my hair, but I find it VERY small. I don't have a lot of hair, and I have a short haircut, I can't imagine what someone with a full head of curly hair would do with this..Another complaint I have is with the inside band/seam. It's super wide, meaning your hairline is not benefiting from the silk 'effect'

Said what needs to be said in the video! The picture is of day 3 curls. I have NEVER woken up naturally to this little of frizz. Silk is the way to go!Took a star off for the band and for false advertising of product (could have been my own fault for not reaching back out to say I received the wrong product)
