Rubber quality is also good I got the heaviest variant of it, for deadlift and strength training for arms. Really tough to pull which goes on to display the quality and strength of the material. Gripping is a bit difficult due to the width of the band which is approx 6.5 cm. Better to get a cushioned external handle or you can just get used to it.

Loved this resistance ban!. I've been using this resistance band for a month and found no signs of wear and tear, still looks as new. Rubber quality is also good I got the heaviest variant of it, for deadlift and strength training for arms. Really tough to pull which goes on to display the quality and strength of the material. Gripping is a bit difficult due to the width of the band which is approx 6.5 cm. Better to get a cushioned external handle or you can just get used to it.

Product height is just 3 feet, we can’t use them comfortably for pushups assistance, they didn’t mentioned the length in the product description, but they mentioned it can be used for pull ups assistance.. short or tall person no one can use this for pull up assistance, this is totally a fraud selling.. not even worth for single star.. please don’t buy this product if you are aiming for pull up assistance.. you can’t return this item. I lost my reputation with Bold fit seriously.. worst product.
