**Q: Hi makerbeam, right now I need beam which size is 250mm. You have 100mm,150mm, 200mm, 300mm beams. But there is no 250mm. Can you help me?**
A: Unfortunately we do not have 250mm size , only sizes we offer . Our beams come precut from the factory. In order to cut the beams smoothly and with a high precision in length you need professional/industrial quality equipment. We do not have this equipment.regards, Martien

**Q: If I cut them down to size, do they have to be retapped?**
A: Yes, they do need to be retapped. The beams have a hollow core and are tapped 8mm deep both ends. So if you cut the 300mm beams to say 280mm you will have to retap one end.

**Q: Do these come with the ends drilled and tapped now?**
A: Yes, the beams are drilled all the way through and tapped at the ends to fit M3-0.5 metric screws.
