That doesn't quite do it justice - there's some other unique flavors I'm not describing - but that's the best way I can think to describe it to someone who has never tasted it before. The bottom line though is that it's good, really good. It goes great on savory pies, on meat, in soups... okay that's all we've really tested so far. There will be more tests though, oh yes.
