A: 1, Press and hold the Reset button on the interior assembly for 5 seconds by using the Reset tool until you hear a short beep and Green light flashes once.
2, Lock your door, enter 123456#, if it can unlock, it means the reset is successful.

**Q: Why can't I pair the lock with the app?**
A: Note：Do not change the Master Code until pairing is complete. Before pairing, you may need to touch the keypad to activate the lock. If the app does not find the lock or cannot connect, please reset the lock.

**Q: Can you change the code over the phone without the WiFi gateway?**
