The instructions aren’t that clear, so note that for 3 phase you will need to connect Lx3 and N to the top of the unit as well as the clamps around the meter tails. My electrician did this via MCBs on spare positions on the consumer unit to be extra safe and put the Shelly in its own DIN rail enclosure alongside the consumer unit.
