Our mattress was so hard that neither of us could ever get a complete nights sleep without being awakened by the discomfort of the hard mattress. Rather than purchase a new softer mattress so soon, we purchased this Perfect Cloud mattress topper gambling that it would soften our too-hard mattress and decrease our nightly restlessness and discomfort. We just finished our fifth night on the Perfect Cloud topper and the sleep quality improvement has been dramatic and lasting. Prior to the Perfect Cloud topper my wife and I each awakened multiple times per night with discomfort and neither of us ever got a full nights uninterrupted sleep. In the five nights we have slept on the Perfect Cloud topper, neither of us has awakened once and we are far more rested than we have been for a long time. I rarely give much credence to testimonials about a product due to the immeasurable flaws and bias inherent in most testimonials. This mattress topper came with an offer to return the product for a full refund if it did not improve our sleep and if we were not completely happy with its performance. The Perfect Cloud mattress topper has given us a measurably improved sleep experience benefit over a five-night period which we believe is equal to, or perhaps greater than, the sleep improvement we would likely have achieved with the purchase of a new softer mattress, and for a fraction of the cost and no risk that we would make another poor choice purchasing a replacement mattress.
