## Questions & Answers

**Q: I wear uk size 3 shoes and i'm just a little over 40kg. are they ok or too small for me? thanks.**
A: They will be ok as they are a good fit .

**Q: I'm not sure about the sizing. Would these be suitable for my 11 year-old son with a UK size 2 shoe?**
A: I would try them anyway if your son has heel pain, maybe with a thicker sock/larger boot. My son has been wearing them for 18 months, since he was 10 years old but he was then a size 5. He is now a size 7 and they still fit. He plays football, rugby and sometimes hockey and whilst they do not eliminate heal pain they help enormously. He uses Nike sock boots which keep the heel cups in place more securely. These are expensive but worth it. Recovery time between matches is important and the surface he plays on makes a difference too. Soft ground or 3G astro turf is much easier on the feet. Regards. Brian M.

**Q: What size for 80kg size 6 shoe?**
A: if you are a man: size L (the cups are a little bit wider)
if you are a woman with narrow feet: size M

**Q: Hi, can these be switched between shoes?**
A: Yes,they can fit in all types of shoes easily!
