I ordered a pedal because I needed an extra one for home. I received the wrong pedal on my first order. It was the correct box, but wrong pedal on the inside. I contacted TVPS and they had me send it back and, once received, they would ship out the new one. I have received the new pedal and it works great. Great customer service. Very easy to deal with. Will use them again for my transcription needs!! ### ⭐ COURT REPORTERS BEWARE! THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK WITH CASE CATALYST! *by on Reviewed in the United States April 19, 2025* I am a court reporter on Case Catalyst software. I recently purchased this foot pedal to replace a prior one to work with a software called Express Scribe, which I have been using for years. When it arrived, somehow it conflicted with my CAT software. No clue how or why but I called tech support and spoke with the "President" of the company, a Mr. Tom Wilkes, and told him that I was in a real bind and needed a replacement foot pedal ASAP but that it had to be compatible with Case Catalyst. He then sent me the link to yet again ANOTHER foot pedal which he assured me would work and I noticed that they put a disclaimer on the original one I purchased cautioning buyers that it's not compatible with Case Catalyst, something that would have been great to know BEFORE I purchased it. At any rate, upon his insistence, I purchased a so-called "compatible pedal and even paid extra to have the new one shipped right away. It arrived today and it has the EXACT same issues as the prior one. Of course, there's no one available from tech support as it is after hours and so I am screwed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Foot pedal *by on Reviewed in the United States December 14, 2023* Great foot pedal for my transcribing work. ## Frequently Bought Together - ECS-IN-USB-1 Foot Pedal Transcription Foot Control, Infinity, Ergonomic - Effortless Transcribing & Dictation, Transcribe & Dictate with Ease - Spectra SP-PC Stereo Computer Transcription Headset - Executive Communication Systems Infinity 3 USB Foot Pedal Control with Computer Plug In, one unit --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/517066140-ecs-in-usb-1-foot-pedal-transcription-foot-control-infinity](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/517066140-ecs-in-usb-1-foot-pedal-transcription-foot-control-infinity) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
