It is so easy to use and gives me a perfect cup of coffee every time. The design is very smart and makes sure every grind gets saturated. I can also make several cups of coffee at once and the process is surprisingly very fast, and doesn't leave you with a weak cup. It's easy to clean, operate, and set up. I love this! Well when I got my new coffee maker in the mail I was so excited. I had high expectations since this cheap one was so good. I was let down! That coffee maker was not comparable to this one at all, I returned it immediately.
