Before the purchase the hot exhaust made the covering of the clutch cable catch alight. Installed this and it seems to have reduced the heat given off by the exhaust. Quite easy to intall but I did remove the exhaust from the car to do it. You can touch the muffler with your bare hands and not get burn. The only problem was that it was short and could not wrap the whole thing, so definitely do your math before buying.
