I had 15 years ago used for running/dancing calf/quads, and needed now for pregnancy leg cramps. Tried a bunch of other highly rated ones on Amazon - all had no flexibility (rigid as a steel rod) so you couldn’t massage deep (or at 35 weeks pregnant even reach legs effectively). I even went to multiple running stores looking for a massage stick like this with flexibility and couldn’t find it. This is the only one to get if you want to be able to flex stick into your muscles and get good contact during massaging.
