You get (6) bags of coffee. 12oz. in each. **Q: How many cups do you get out of the 42 oz bag?** A: "Cup" is a very unspecific measurement. A typical "12 cup" coffeemaker usually (not always) has a capacity of 60 oz.....that is 5 oz per cup, not the 8oz of a measuring cup.
