**Q: Can you preforn a sholder press?**
A: Yes I use a couple of carabineers and physio bands

**Q: I would like to bench roughly 140kg and increase to 160kg, can i add bands to increase resistance each set?**

A: Hello.. yes it would be suitable .. the range goes up to about 150kg but you can reduce the weight to the resistance that suitable for you.. beat of luck 👍🏾

**Q: What am I actually getting with this order**
A: You get everything shown in the product pictures. A bar, some resistance bands, door anchors, foot anchors (for squats and bicep curls), a sort of handle thing that you can wrap around yourself to do a bench press, a bag and a few other bits and pieces. I think it's pretty decent, although doing squats felt dangerous.

It broke after 3 months. Really disappointing. I was doing a row with it and it snapped. Wouldn't recommend if it breaks this quickly. Edit: After contacting them, they sent me a replacement bench press set within 2 days. I'm still disappointed it broke, but I'm pleased with their quick and responsive customer service. Upgrading the review to 4 stars because I really like the equipment, hopefully this band set proves more resilient!
