Will update on their Customer Service and the resolution as soon as I have it. 01/30/2025 Second EDIT: Sorry for the delay with the update but after sending a picture to the seller of the malfunctioned light they sent me another complete set free of charge and it arrived in a couple of days after they said they would send it. The new ones worked perfectly. GREAT Customer Service and great product. I ordered this product as one of my license plate lights had fallen off. The outer casing that is had fallen off. The lightbulb was still there. I replaced the one and loved how it looked so much I replaced the other one as well. They are very bright, and they connect easily. You do have to put some pressure on the light to get it to snap into place once you have put it in the slot. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
