At one point I accidentally ran it over with a truck, and it worked fine for a while, but there must have been a hairline crack in the plastic swivel coupler, because it eventually broke off. I couldn't belive how strong it was! That's a lot of abuse. Anyway I called the company, and they said they would ship me the part free of charge. They wouldn't let me pay for the part or even the shipping. They were happy to help me! I will be a lifelong customer! I love their products and customer service.
