Featuring a durable metal case and fanless design, it delivers silent, reliable performance with speeds up to 1Gbps per port. Energy-Efficient Ethernet technology dynamically reduces power consumption, making it an eco-friendly choice. Easy plug-and-play setup, compact form factor, and rack-mount compatibility make it ideal for professionals seeking high-speed connectivity without the hassle of configuration. ## Description From the manufacturer For smaller networks or homes For small offices, workgroup and home networks, this switch offers 24 ports with 10/100/1000 Mbit. Typical applications are where no configuration or network management are required Gigabit Ethernet The DGS-1024D switches bring the speed of Gigabit Ethernet to all ports for a truly high-speed network. If your network has a mix of legacy and modern connection interfaces, each port allows for standard Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, or Gigabit Ethernet connections. You have the latest technology available to every computer and device connected to your network. Green Technology The 24-Port Gigabit Unmanaged Switch series helps you conserve energy automatically through several methods. Link status detection automatically powers down ports that have no link, allowing the switches to save substantial amounts of power by cutting power usage for unused ports or any ports connected to computers that have been shut down Energy-Efficient Ethernet (EEE) Energy-Efficient Ethernet (EEE) conserves energy by dynamically reducing power consumption when data activity is low. These switches are also RoHS compliant, use recyclable packaging, and minimise the use of harmful substances. These green features combined, provide more energy savings and a longer product life, without sacrificing operational performance or functionality Data transfer Speeds of up to 2000 Mbit/s (full duplex) and flow control according to IEEE 802.3x ensure fast and constant data transmission. Especially for time-critical applications, the protocol 802.1p (QoS) is supported. Cable Diagnostics Are the connections of the network connectors properly occupied? The cable status is visible via the LED indicator on the front of the switch. Thus, if necessary, you can take immediate measures for troubleshooting. ## Features - The DGS-1024D switches bring the speed of Gigabit Ethernet to all ports for a truly high-speed network - The DGS-1024D feature a durable, compact metal case alongside a fanless design allowing for improved heat dissipation while maintaining silent operation - The 24-Port Gigabit Unmanaged Switch series is small, lightweight, wall-mountable, and is ideal for any business with demanding requirements and a small budget. - Desktop or rack-mountable design - Energy-Efficient Ethernet (EEE) conserves energy by dynamically reducing power consumption when data activity is low ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00061LQZQ | | Best Sellers Rank | 6,393 in Computers & Accessories ( See Top 100 in Computers & Accessories ) 39 in Network Switches | | Box Contents | Gigabit Unmanaged Switch (DGS-1024D), Power Adapter, Quick Install Guide and Documentation, Rackmount kit | | Brand Name | D-Link | | Case Material Type | Metal | | Color | Black/White | | Compatible Devices | Desktop Computers, Laptops, Servers, Printers | | Country of Origin | China | | Current Rating | 1 Amps | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars (243) | | Data Transfer Rate | 1000 Megabytes Per Second | | EU Spare Part Availability Duration | 2 Years | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00790069269912 | | Interface | RJ45 | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 15L x 28.2W x 4.4H centimetres | | Item Part Number | DGS-1024D/E | | Item Type Name | Gigabit Unmanaged Switch | | Item Weight | 1.3 Kilograms | | Lower Temperature Rating | 1 Degrees Celsius | | Manufacturer | D-Link | | Manufacturer Part Number | DGS-1024D/B | | Model Number | DGS-1024D/B | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Ports | 24 | | Platform | No Operating System | | Product Warranty | Limited Lifetime Warranty | | Switch Type | unmanaged | | UPC | 790069269912 790069221255 790069269929 790069268298 | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | | Upper Temperature Rating | 40 Degrees Celsius | | Voltage | 220 Volts | ## Product Details - **Brand:** D-Link - **Colour:** Black/White - **Compatible devices:** Desktop Computers, Laptops, Servers, Printers - **Number of ports:** 24 ## Images ![D-Link DGS-1024D/B 24‑Port Gigabit Unmanaged Desktop Switch, Hub, Internet Splitter, Metal, Fanless, Plug and Play - UK Model black DGS-1024D/B - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61UhYY9qSFL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can i plug in non-poe devices into the poe ports?** A: Yes you can, the switch will auto-detect if the device requires PoE. If not it just functions as a standard Ethernet port. **Q: Could I plug and power my AP through this?** A: It depends on the spec of your access point; you may need to add a splitter at the AP to separate the power and data going into it. **Q: Thinking of buying the dms-105 with 5 ports. Is this PoE and which port do I plug my router into?** A: I bought this item as a Gigabit switch to replace a lesser switch when I upgraded to faster broadband. I don't know whether this offers PoE, but I can say there is a different model on the same page that is listed as PoE. If in any doubt, get in touch with D-Link to confirm. **Q: is this item wall mountable?** A: To confirm on previous answer ..just received this and comes with holes & screws for wall mounting ## Frequently Bought Together - D-Link DGS-1024D Ethernet - TP-Link TL-SG105, 5 Port Gigabit Unmanaged Ethernet Switch, Network Hub, Ethernet Splitter, Plug & Play, Fanless Metal Design, Shielded Ports, Traffic Optimization,Navy Blue - D-Link Ethernet Switch, 5 Port Gigabit Unmanaged Metal Desktop Plug and Play Compact (DGS-105),Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/51091563-d-link-dgs-1024d-b-24-port-gigabit-unmanaged-desktop](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/51091563-d-link-dgs-1024d-b-24-port-gigabit-unmanaged-desktop) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
