There are five flavors of hard candy that are individually wrapped and coated in a powder (citric acid/alum?). So the first experience is the almost bitter sourness. Once you get through the sourness, you have the sweet hard candy. This candy is dry and not sticky until you get it wet. I enjoyed the quality but the amount of candies in a bag are fairly few, like a dozen or a few more.
