Review: Ecvellent - Bought for the vinyl tonneau on my Chevy pickup truck. Works very well, good stuff
Review: I'm happy - Probably made a mistake with previous cleaning solutions I have used twice before this product is used, and if I would started straight with this cleaner, maybe it could be better. Read and follow instructions. More water on the soft top before applied cleaner is better. I washed my after rain.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is the protectant safe to use on Mercedes Benz ragtops. I hear they have a rubber base**
A: Don't know about your Mercedes rubber compound top. My Porsche 911 is a "rag top" and product works extremely well.

**Q: Has anyone used this kit on jeep wrangler soft top and side windows? is there enough product or should i get 32oz bottles?**
A: My husband says that there was enough product for a one time application on the mustang rag top, and that it should not be used on plastic. The cleaner contained more product, enough for two times, and worked great along with the sealer. Nice water beading effect and color restoring. I would go along with the 32oz. The warmer it is the better the result. I trust you will appreciate the product as much as we do.We have ordered more.

**Q: I have a 2005 Mustang GT convertible and would like to try 303 convertible top products but i am not sure which one (vinyl or fabric) to use on it?**
A: Your top is vinyl. Use the 303 tonneaucover and convertible top CLEANER first, then when dry use the 303 Protectant. The Cleaner does BOTH vinyl and fabric so it is a no-brainer

**Q: Does this product works on a 2009 ford mustang convertible beige top? thanks**
A: It should! My car is a 2010, beige top and it worked great. Cleaned well, and did not affect the color at all! My suggestion is to go ahead and buy two kits, or at least a second bottle of the water proofing agent.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 303 Cleaner & Protectant WORKS!!!
*by T***R on 17 August 2026*

I ordered this kit last evening and it was delivered this evening. I was excited to try it based on all of the positive reviews I had read. Most reviews were regarding convertible tops. My application is for a soft tonneau cover on my Jeep Gladiator. Unfortunately, my Jeep is parked outdoors, mostly. Even more unfortunate is the exposure to the oak trees. The amount of mess that oak tree’s cause on a vehicle is frustrating. My tonneau cover gets dusted with pollen, speckled with fallen leaves and peppered with the other miscellaneous junk that falls from these trees. Needless to say, the tonneau cover typically looks terrible. Until now! I quickly went to work with the 303 cleaner after reading the instructions. I rinsed the cover and applied the cleaner. I did scrub it onto the tonneau cover with a soft bristled brush and let it sit for about 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Wow! What a difference! I dried the cover with a microfiber towel and ensured it was completely dry. I applied the 303 Protectant by spraying it onto a clean microfiber towel and applying to the cover as a first pass. After wiping the entire cover, I sprayed a few bursts directly onto the cover and wiped it onto the cover as a final coat. I’m impressed! I would surely recommend 303 Cleaner and Protectant to anyone looking for a great product for such a purpose. Hopefully it holds up to the sun, heat and rain. Perhaps I’ll update my review after a few months, but so far, I’m extremely happy with it!
