To be fair, it does state to allow 1-2 weeks for it to adjust to its environment. I will update my review after 2 weeks if anything changes. However, as of now, it is just a snow globe. The particles just sit at the bottom of the glass and the water remains clear. We have had sunny and cloudy, and rainy and snowy days, and the glass always remains the same. I think the idea of this is pretty cool, and if it worked, I wouldn't mind paying what I paid for it. However, for the cost, it's not worth it to not work. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Received this today and I absolutely love it. The packaging is great *by P***S on January 24, 2018* Received this today and I absolutely love it. The packaging is great. My storm glass is in one piece. Bigger then I thought it would be. I've set it up already and I can't wait to see what happens. Will be buying more of theses as presents. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty, packaged nicely *by S***N on January 28, 2018* Pretty, packaged nicely, and the base was nice with the quote on it. It is delicate looking. As far as predicting the weather, the meteorologist in Kansas can't keep up so this little thing can't do any worse. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/50825536-chekue-storm-glass-crystal-desktop-drops-craft-weather-predictor-forecaster](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/50825536-chekue-storm-glass-crystal-desktop-drops-craft-weather-predictor-forecaster) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
