A: Yes it's brilliant. The bottom of the straw is flexible so you can get the last bit of your drink. Would highly recommend

I would definitely contact amazon and ask them or the seller

**Q: Is the strap removable?**
A: I cut it and the bottle is perfect now,easy to clean and that strap was looking nice but very annoying at washing

**Q: Dishwasher safe?**
A: Apologies for this answer but no idea.  If you really love your bottle u will wash it by your hand. And it is keeping you hydrated.  Not everything should be put in dishwasher.
