I mounted this on the arm of my chair to use a remote mouse on. There is a drop at the wrist when using it but it's comfortable when moving it with just fingertips. Having recently done a course in display screen equipment, etc, this was the best and most cost effective solution to my work station difficulties. I use a laptop at work so I wanted to avoid slumping in my chair for hours. I solved this by mounting my laptop on an arm that attaches to the desk and holds the screen just below eye level. The issue then was the keyboard and track-pad, which would probably cause RSI over time as I had to type like a T-Rex. I solved this by ordering a separate keyboard - I recommend a wired one as the blue-tooth ones have a lag time no matter how well it works. The final solution to preventing me from dinosauring my way into medical issues was to order this clamp-on mouse table and mouse and mouse mat. I didn't really need the extra mouse mat as it turned out as the cover on the clamp-on mouse table is perfectly fine for use with a mouse. I ordered all these things through Amazon and they all arrived in the same box the day after I ordered them. Very happy with this stuff as I'm now a lot more comfortable and feel like I'm sitting in the pilot seat of a space ship. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Swivel mouse pad.
