Genuine STORMGAURD product - The reason for only 4 stars is that fixing it to the floor was difficult with only one hole for a screw to hold it in place. My floor was uneven and I needed to drill 4 more holes for screws to fix it firmly in place. Even through I used fast setting sealant (as was suggested) it wouldn't have dried fast enough to hold in place. However it was not difficult to drill extra holes and it fitted perfectly. Very happy with the end result.
