Of course the cheaper PARKERS are most likely made in CHINA the more expensive ones are made in FRANCE. **Q: Can i get this engraved? and if i can, where can i get it done or i can get it done at a local engraving store?** A: Very difficult with the 'hand grenade' finish. **Q: Where can I have it personally engraved?** A: Sometimes depending on which seller you buy from usually will tell you on their page they will engrave the pen, others don't. So if you want your pen engraved you will most likely have to find a company that does engraving, such as a business that sells trophies because they engrave the trophies and maybe a Jewelry store too?
