But when the last one broke I invested in this one, as we've realised that the Normcore brand products tend to be superior quality and are worth the extra money, and I've been blown away but how much better the coffee tastes. You have to insert the prongs into the device yourself but this is very easy just don't be too rough as you don't want to damage the prongs.
