## Overview

The EOM-POS BT-100U USB Trigger enables direct USB connection of RJ11/RJ12 cash drawers to Windows PCs, bypassing the need for receipt printers. It emulates a serial COM port for compatibility with existing POS software, supports Windows 10 plug-and-play, and requires minor setup for Windows 11. Compact and reliable, it powers cash drawer triggers with a 5V, 1 Amp supply, making it an essential upgrade for modern retail environments.

## Description

BT-100U cash drawer trigger is designed to provide USB interfacing to the cash drawer. This allows the cash drawer, which is previously connected to POS printer or cash register, to be directly connected to a USB port of the computer. This means through the USB Trigger the cash drawer can be directly connected to the computer when this no printer used in the POS system. The BT-100U USB trigger module uses a virtual serial port driver, making it appear to software like a standard RS232 serial port. This way existing POS software can communicate with the USB cash drawer trigger as though connected to a serial port.

Review: Exakt, was ich gesucht habe - Toller Artikel. Funktioniert wie beschrieben und öffnet die Kassenlade zuverlässig.
Review: Works perfectly with Poynt POS - Continued issues with cash drawer connecting to my POS terminal. Tried replacing nearly every part of the setup, and was eventually told that I’d need a new POS terminal. Bought this since it was the only thing we hadn’t tried, and it fixed it. Such a lifesaver!!
