## Questions & Answers

**Q: I live in Brazil, I would like to know the voltage of the camera chargers. Is she bivolt?**
A: Hello. The chargers we use for our monitors can operate on 100-240V and 50-60Hz inputs. The cameras can work perfectly on 127V (the most common voltage in Brazil) or on 220V inputs (not so common, but also used in Brazil). Best regards, Bojan

**Q: Does this support SD card for recording video and viewing historical playback?**
A: Hello Mark. Yes, the camera does support SD cards for recording your videos and for storing motion-triggered videos. It supports SD cards of up to 32GB. Cheers, Bojan

**Q: Can the live stream be accessed from more than 1 mobile phone?**
A: Hello. Yes, you can use multiple devices (phones) to log in to the app account. Just use the same email address to log in and access the app account (live stream). Best Regards.

**Q: Can you pan across and zoom with the camera? Or is it just stuck in one place?**
A: Hello Ben. Yes, you can zoom. Unfortunately, the camera does not have a remote pan option. However, the Giraffe camera has a very flexible gooseneck. With this flexible neck, you can easily twist or turn the camera in any direction of your choice and you can achieve the best angles. Cheers, Bojan.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐ Couldn't get on with this at all
*by on Reviewed in the United Arab Emirates 21 August 2024*

We were looking for a new monitor and thought this looked good so ordered it; it was not good. App is unwieldy, screen is terrible and unusable, signal is poor and when it does get signal there's such a delay it is hardly worth bothering with. Control buttons are unresponsive and the image is grainy. Avoid.

### ⭐⭐ Used
