The sauce consistency is like a quik ketchup in flow. Not watery like Tabasco. You see the chopped ingredients in the autumnal yellow sauce. Heat is about 8 to 9. It has a great aftertaste and comes into it's own on sandwiches - cutters in Barbados. Great with cold meat and cheese. Small amounts only mind. Not too hot but flavourful. Glad I tried this sauce. Only negative is the bottle, it’s plastic. I’d have avoided this purchase if I’d seen this in a store because of that. It’s nice sauce though and a good size too.
