This book helped me during my first break-up with a verbal abuse young man when I was 16 years old. At this time I had know one to turn to for help and at this age I wasn't allowed to date , so I sure couldn't speak to my mother about this issue. I love to read and gain knowledge even at this young age an find comfort in reading, so when I discovered this book I saw myself as fat, ugly, dumb , and i had a very low self-esteem. Please buy this book for your daughter, sister, cousin, and for yourself to heal old wombs and move on with life you are suppose to have. I am now about to buy this book for my 16 year old step daughter and her cousin who is struggling with body image, morbidly obesity, and low self-esteem.
