Do you have a model?** A: It doesn’t tilt forward neither left or right. It just pulls down motorized. I put some wide washers on the top screws of the back of the tv to make tilt a little forward. The remote has a circle up down left and right but only the top and down works for the “bring it down, and back up”. We have a LG B4 77" mounted on top of our fireplace so it pretty high up, which is why we wanted a motorized mount. This does the trick but the only feedback we have is that sometimes, it does "beep" and gets stuck when it is moved to the bottom. When I researched this, it seems to possible be a weight issue but the weird thing is this doesn't always happen. It only happens sometimes. Once I give it a "boost" when it goes up, then it works fully.
