## Questions & Answers

**Q: What size is the cap at the top of the glider (the bit in the rail)?**
A: the bit that goes in the rail measures 9mm, the square part under the rail measures the same hope the info is helpful I have had no issues with them regards

**Q: Hi
what is the hook

hook length?

hook width?**
A: Red , I still use inches ,so it's 1-3/4 inches in length & 1/2 inch in width , had to adapt for our shower rail but they worked perfectly , hope this is of help for you

**Q: Will these work on curved shower rails?**
A: Yes. The shower curtain hangs onto to larger end of the hook and the smaller end hangs onto the 'glider' (see the photo). The 'glider' sits within the Croydex type shower rail. (If in doubt about the appearance or qualities of a Croydex type rail look it up using a search engine.) If the rail is curved the inserted 'glider' will follow its path.

**Q: Really stupid question but how do you get them into the rail**
A: The upper hook goes through the hoop on the underneath of the glider that sits within the Croydex rail. If you don't have a Croydex type rail then these may not be for you.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good item
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 19 February 2026*

Fantastic item as needed for my shower curtain. So easy to set up and use. Took just a few seconds and they where up and ready to hook up.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thin loop
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 24 March 2026*

The item did the job ok , one criticism is the loop that is the part on the slider that the hook hangs on is very thin .Not sure if it will last , needs to be more robust .
