A: Yes it does, but buy a nail clipper separately.  The one that comes with it is just a normal toenail clipper & doesn’t work great for shaping.

A: What’s is monomer? And yes I review this purchase. Everything was so tiny and not worthy. Another Kira brings the lamp and this one doesn’t bring anything with this purchase. Very expensive
