The battery compartment would always open up randomly. When you went to pick it up, or held it the wrong way. It was extremely frustrating. Purchased this to try and help with that issue and it WORKED. No more issues with the battery compartment just opening randomly. The silicone sleeve slides on and off very easy when needed, but also stay in place when it's on. It looks really good on her yellow Snow Wolf.
