I've plugged it into my computer monitor and then tried plugging in my PC and a Sky Q Mini box into the inputs, as soon as I have the Sky Q Mini plugged in the switch constantly sets itself to that input, if I press the button to change input it flicks over for a second to the one my PC is plugged into and then switches itself back to the Sky Q Mini input - this being despite the Sky Q Mini box being off (in standby mode). I have changed the setting on my Sky Q Mini box to not let it control the device its plugged into but this has not had any effect. If the Sky Q Mini box is switched on then I am completely unable to chose another input - pressing the select button on the switch does nothing. Also I've noticed the picture cutting out randomly when I'm sending the signal via this switch.Further testing reveals that it works fine when used for PC and NES Classic and that different HDMI cables produce the same result so it appears to be a compatibility issue with the Sky Q Mini box. Seller should update the description to warn of this.Edit : changing this to a 2 star review as it does work ok for other devices just seems to be Sky Q that's an issue. From the Sky forums I see this is a common problem with the new Sky Q boxes and HDMI switches - the remedy being to buy a more expensive switch. I do believe the seller should include in the description that this switch does not work correctly with Sky Q boxes as I doubt I'll be the only person hoping to use this switch for that purpose. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good so far *by S***M on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 August 2017* Using it to allow HDMI from (1) amazon firestick (2) xbox (3) dvd player, as input to single HDMI on tv. So good so far. One week in and its working well. Automatically switches between inputs. If all three devices are switched off the light on the splitter is off, if you switch a single device on its light on the splitter lights up.
