A: If it seems stuck, just wiggle it and push in those little springs on the sides of the whistle... Try it with a potholder or towel, so you don't hurt your hand.

A: It's s label that comes off. No logo on pot.

**Q: My kettle is making a hissing sound but no musical whistling when the water boils. Anyone else have this problem/find a solution?**
A: I've experienced the same hiss-no-whistle with mine. I wonder if it is a chronic problem with these kettles. Handsome kettle AND expensive ... A whistle or even a tweet would be good. I hope someone might have insight to this.
